Peacefully at her home in Keswick on Thursday, October 31, 2013 in her 55th year. Dearly loved wife of Len Milligan. Loving mother of Beth (Paul May) of Keswick, Vanessa (Graham Ritchie) of Victoria B.C., Leo Milligan and Heather Milligan both of Moosejaw S.K. Cherished grandmother of Pheobe, Dylan, Alissa, Kelsey, Jolene, Josh, Graham, James, Eldon, Kimmie, Kendra and Haley. Dear daughter of Jean & Ray Northrup of Bellville, ON. Beloved sister of and sister-in-law of Darlene (Dana Brant) of Markham, Wendy (Hollis Justason of N.B. Predeceased by one brother Bruce Northrup.
