Charlene Meredith

With great sadness we announce the passing of Charlene Meredith who lost her battle to cancer on Saturday, April 5, 2014 at the age of 55 years. Charlene never gave up and fought hard till the day God called her to be one of his own. Always a devoted mother, a cherished daughter, a loving sister and a giving friend. Charlene is survived by her only daughter Kelsey Meredith (Kyle) of Keswick, her father Sam (Bernice) Filby of Kent Bridge and her siblings Randy Filby of Port Elgin, Chris (Fred) Filby of Chatham, Ron (Anna) Bailey of Ridgetown and Randy (Linda) Bailey of Kamloops. She is predeceased by her mother Dolores Filby nee Blais (2002) and her brothers Ric Bailey (2012) and Rob Bailey (2013). Charlene was cherished by many nieces and nephews and will be greatly missed by many, many friends. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Prayer Service will be held at M.W. Becker Funeral Home Ltd, 490 The Queensway S., Keswick on Saturday, April 12, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. Visitation from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. If desired, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
