Employee of Lakeside Construction & Property Management Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at Southlake Regional Health Centre in his 69th year. Loving husband of Rita. Cherished father of Eric (Christine) Gagnon of Ottawa, John (Kate) Gagnon of Newmarket, Denis (Heather) Chevalier of Keswick, Marc (Tammy) Chevalier of Keswick and the late Bert Gagnon. Beloved grandfather of Meagan, Roxanne, Jonathan, Josh, Jessie-Ann, Kimberly, Patrick, Angele, Gerrett, Holden, Caleb, Abigail, Zachary and great grandfather of Austin and Amber. Dear brother of Jean-Claude Gagnon, Danny Gagnon and Jean-Rock Simard. Predeceased by his parents Adelard and Beatrice Gagnon, sister Denise Simard and brothers Bill Simard an Armond Simard. Yvon will be greatly missed by his many nieces, nephews, family members and friends. Visitation from M.W. Becker Funeral Home on Saturday, July 12, 2014 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service from the Chapel on Sunday, July 13, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow.
