Passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at the age of 24. Dearly loved son of Debbie & Mike and Reg & Sadie. Beloved brother of Garrett (Jill), Amber (Mark), Brittany (Joel) and little sister Brianna. Cherished grandson of Mary and the late Norman Rea. Dear nephew of Roccy (Chris), Doug (Carrie), Pam and Mac. Loving cousin of Jesse, Tara, Jenna, Russell, Katie, Amanda and Matthew. Jake will be greatly missed by his best friends Connor, Abe and Matt as well as his large circle of friends. The family will receive friends at the M.W. Becker Funeral Home, 490 The Queensway S., Keswick on Sunday, November 29, 2015 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service at the Keswick Christian Church, 2 Old Homestead Rd., Keswick on Monday, November 30, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until time of service.
