Passed away after an unexpected accident on Monday, February 15, 2016 at Southlake Regional Health Centre at the age of 55 years. Loving father of Brandon and Amanda. Dear brother of Richard (Cathy). Beloved uncle of Sandra, Emily and James. Predeceased by his parents James Frances Smith and Dorthy Jean Smith. Chuck will be missed by his extended family and many friends. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at M.W. Becker Funeral Home, 490 The Queensway S., Keswick on Saturday, February 27, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
