Born October 2nd, 1996 – Portsmouth, England and moved to Canada in 2004.
After two and half years of fighting Liver Disease, Kidney Disease and Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, Ryan passed away peacefully and pain free on Friday May 6, 2016 at Toronto General, surrounded by his loving family and ‘music’. Being only 19 years of age, he has accomplished, and done more than some do in a lifetime. He spearheaded T.V. monitors and related equipment for transplant kids and for all of Sick Kids Hospital,
received the Award of Merit from the Town of Georgina in 2014 and ran the Pan Am torch in June of 2015. Sadly missed by his father Shaun, his mother Valerie, his
sister Jeorgia of Keswick, his Grandpa Stuart Marston and Grandma Gwyneth Knowles of England, and grandparents Ken and Diane Baker, aunt Nadine Baker (Dave Anderson) of Stouffville, and uncle Brad (Denice Baker) of Newcastle. Visitation at M.W. Becker Funeral Home, 490 The Queensway South, Keswick, Ontario on Wednesday May 11, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Thursday May 12, 2016 from 10-11 a.m., followed by a Celebration of Life at 11 a.m. Cremation.
