John Andrew Moote

John Andrew Moote passed away peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Centre on Tuesday, November 8, 2016. He was in his 82nd year of life. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Rosalie; his five children Chris (Linda), Cindy (Paul), Jane (Kathleen), David (Brenda), and Shawn (Yasuko); his eight grandchildren Terry, Kristin, Mike, Michelle, Daniel, Laura, Kento and Karen; and his six great-granddaughters Savannah, Kaitlyn, Olivia, Annalee, Riley, and Jersey. John retired to Sutton-by-the-lake for the past twelve years, where he enjoyed this time immensely playing golf and cards with his friends. A celebration of his life will be held on Sunday, November 27th from 12:00 to 3:00pm at Cedarvale Lodge located at 121 Morton Avenue in Keswick.
