In Loving Memory of Jeffrey Waugh Sept 6, 1988 - Dec 22, 2016 Our hearts are broken. It is with great sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Jeffrey Waugh on December 22, 2016 at age 28. Jeff was the much loved eldest son of Mandy Waugh. Adored big brother to Cody and Mackenzie. Cherished nephew of Gillian Little and dearly loved grandson of Wendy and Kevin Pollock. Jeff's passing leaves a huge void in our lives. He will be forever missed. Jeff lived his life to the fullest. He didn't hold anything back. He fought hard to be the best person he could be. His amazing smile and big heart will be missed. A private funeral for family and close friends was held on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. A Celebration of Jeff's life will be held at a future date - it will be by invitation only. The family is grateful to those who helped Jeff at Barrie Out Of The Cold and The David Busby Center.
