Sincere condolences to the family and friends of Fred, from the Garnier family.
Attached is a photo from a happy time in Fred's life; the wedding of his sister, Harriet (Hattie) to my uncle, Junior Foote in 1959 at the Zion United Church in Collin's Cove, Burin, NL.
Fred was a good-looking young man with a strong jaw & a determined stare. Fred wore his stylish tie as a member of the wedding party and has his hand around the waist of my young, 25-year-old mother, Georgena Foote. I often wondered if Mom & Fred ever had a crush as kids.
Young Fred, my Uncle Eldon & Fred's father, Joe, are all tolerating having their photos taken on this happy day but they are very formal for the church service.
Rest In Peace, Fred.
