Friday, January 11, 2019So sad to open the paper tonight to see a smile of a wonderful man I once knew as a teenage boy. His smile would light up a room. He was so kind and loved to dance. CLUB 404 . A GROUP OF FRIENDS doing the Bearcat and Singing Mony Mony. I cherish those teenage memories. I am sure there is a special place in heaven for you. May heaven let your light shine down Rick. I was blessed to call you my friend all those years ago.

Friday, January 11, 2019My sincere condolences to the family for this tragic loss. Rick was a wonderful person and i know you will feel his loss deeply. I wanted to share a memory of what a great cousin he was. When i was around 10 years old i was a keen swimmer but i was not progressing in my swimming levels because i was terrified of diving. Ricky came up to fenelon for a visit and he calmly taught me what numerous other instructors couldnt. He was patient. He was gentle. He could of teased me but he didnt. He made me feel confident enough to try the way he was explaining to me and i eventually did it. I am forever grateful to have ricky as a cousin. I will never forget his laugh and our good times together. I love you rick. Xo
