Crook, Deborah Ann It is with extreme sadness we announce the passing of Debbie Crook (nee Mayo) on May 12, 2011 at Southlake Regional Hospital in Newmarket at the age of 52 years. Loving wife to David, and mother to Charlene, Candace and grandcat Fluffy. Debbie is loved by mother Florence, brother Wayne (Valerie) and the late Ray Mayo. Her extended family includes mother in law Lenora and the late John Crook, sister in law Lauren (Diego), nieces and nephews: Peter (Amy), Leah (Matt) , Erin, Robbie, and Lisa. Debbie’s family also included sisters of the heart: Cheryl, Lori, Marianne, and Tiana - and their wonderful moms. Debbie maintained her character, sense of humour, kind spirit, and love throughout her recent trials. Her legacy will be in the hearts and twinkle in the eye when family and friends recall how one of kind she really was. Many stories gone by, and not enough to come. While she will be sadly missed, we all look forward to reuniting one day. Deepest appreciation to the nurses and staff at palliative care Southlake. Their loving care made the past months comfortable for her and her many visitors. A Funeral Service will be held at M.W. Becker Funeral Home, 490 The Queensway S., Keswick, 905 476 7711 on Sunday, May 15, 2011 at 3:30 pm. Family will receive friends from 2:30 until time of service.
