(Retired Custodian for York Region Board of Education) Peacefully at his home in Keswick with his family by his side on Friday, September 5, 2014 in his 68th year. Dearly loved husband for 45 years of Beverley Claringbold. Beloved father of Angela (Robert Giberson) and Derek (Brittany) Claringbold. Cherished grandfather of Cody, Dee-Anna, Carter, Stephen, Aiden and Amberlee. Dear son of Kathleen and the late John Claringbold. Loving brother of David (Linda) Claringbold and Debbie (Bob Skelcher) and brother-in-law of Lea & Rick Dooley, Tom Phillips & Riva Bichin, Karen & Danny Patten, Shirley Phillips & Leo LaBelle and Victor & Christine Phillips. Steve will be greatly missed by his many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Visitation from M.W. Becker Funeral Home, Keswick on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service from the Chapel on Monday, September 8, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. Cremation to follow.
