Pollard, Stan ( Founder of Pollards Auction Barn and retired employee of Frigidaire Canada) Passed away suddenly at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket, on Sunday August 30, 2009 in his 76th year. Dearly loved husband for 55years of Eileen Pollard of Sutton. Loving father of Michael (deceased 1968), Murray (Gail), Dan (Sheila) and Joe (Bianca). Cherished grandfather of Jamie, Niki, Chris, Lily, Mark, Zachery, Max and Daneka. Dear brother of Jack (Barbara) Pollard of Stouffville. Stan will be greatly missed by many family, friends and the Pollards Auction Barn community A Memorial Visitation will be held at The M.W.Becker Funeral Home, 490 The Queensway South, Keswick 905 476 7711, on Wednesday 2 – 4 and 7 –9 p.m.. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday, September 3, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. at the Keswick Christian Church (Woodbine and Old Homestead Rd. Keswick) If desired donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, would be appreciated by the family.
