Passed away at Southlake Regional Health Centre on Monday, February 27, 2017 at the age of 85 years. Predeceased by her loving husband Frank. Loving mother of Frank and Douglas (Rossana Cardenas). Dear sister-in-law of Tom & Betty. Cherished Aunt of Sheila, Norine and Moira. As per Phyllis’s wishes, a formal service will not be held. Cremation has taken place and a private family interment will take place in the spring. Donations made to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
