Phyllis Boothby

Peacefully at Bradford Valley Nursing Home on Sunday, November 24, 2013, three days before her 97th birthday. Predeceased by her husband Ken Boothby (1989). Loving mother and mother-in-law of Carol and Ron McCracken of Keswick, David and Gloria Boothby of Toronto, Gord and Pat Boothby of Keswick, Alex and Joanne Boothby of Tory Hill, Monica Boothby-Leavoy of Windsor, Marion and Bruce Lamb of Pontypool and Susan and Mark Thompson of Orillia. Predeceased by one son Paul (1999) and one daughter Joan (1952). Cherished grandmother of Mary-Lynn, Brent, John, Elaine, Michelle, Kevin, Lisa, Kate, Lauren, Ken, Alex, Eric, Kathryn, Carolyn, Andrew, Philip and Christopher. Phyllis will be greatly missed by her 16 great grandchildren, her extended family and friends. Predeceased by brothers Alex and Donald Marritt. Visitation from M.W.Becker Funeral Home, Keswick on Friday 7:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral Service from Keswick United Church, 177 Church St., Keswick on Saturday, November 30, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. Visitation at the church from 12:00 noon until time of service. Interment to follow at Queensville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, gift given to any Christian Ministry would be appreciated.
