Michael John Wayne Patrick

Michael passed away at Southlake Regional Health Centre in Newmarket on Tuesday, April 1, 2025. Beloved husband who is now eternally reunited with his wife, Patricia Patrick (nee Lloyd). Loving father of Michael (Paula), Jeffery (Christine), and Kendra (Tom). Preceded in death by his daughter Heather (Mike) who he loved so very much. Cherished grandfather of Connor (Kassandra), Mackenzie (Mitchell), Bailey (Liam), Teri (Colm), Justin, Jordan, and Jacob (Emilia). Treasured great-grandfather of Jacob, Liam, and Aislynn. Predeceased by his siblings William Patrick and Betty Chambers, survived by Patricia Peacock, Daniel Patrick, and Kathryn Koppens.

Michael was known for his humour, even on the toughest days. He lived life to the fullest and truly adored every dog he ever owned. Also a lover of people watching, white shirts, and ginger ale. We hope he is enjoying all of the things that he couldn’t in his final years and having a hot dog and a shot (or two) of rum to commemorate the beautiful life he lived.

He will be forever missed by his extended family, friends, and loved ones. A special thank you to the personal support workers and nurses who provided care at home during his illness. There will be a celebration of life for Michael to follow at a later date.
