Lorraine Ann Martin

Peacefully passed away on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at Margaret Bahen Hospice in Newmarket, at the age of 92 years. Dearly loved wife of John Martin of Keswick. Beloved stepmother of Amber Tomev (Chris) of Toronto. Cherished Grandmother of Savannah, Gavin, Evelyn and Genevieve. Dear sister of Sybil Eade of Oakville and predeceased by sister Norma Keizer. Lorraine was raised in Toronto, then enjoyed a dedicated career as an executive secretary living in both California and Toronto before moving to Keswick. Lorraine and John were married for 46 lovable years. Lorraine enjoyed various church groups and adored spending time with her grandchildren and family. Her sincere and kind loving spirit will live on in the hearts of those who knew her. Family and friends will be received at the Maple Hill Baptist Church, 215 Glenwoods Ave., Keswick on Thursday, April 25, 2024, at 12 noon. Funeral Service to follow at 1 p.m. Interment, Keswick Cemetery, 565 Varney Road, Keswick at 2 p.m. In memory of Lorraine, donations made to Margaret Bahen Hospice or the Cancer Canada Society would be appreciated.
