Joyce Karges

Passed away peacefully surrounded by love at Amica Little Lake, Barrie on Thursday, October 31, 2024 at the age of 93 years. Predeceased by her beloved husband Don Karges (2020). Loving mother of Linda (Jim Dzurylak) of Mississauga, and Nancy (Randy Davy) of Angus. Cherished grandmother of Ben, Josh (Kerri), Matt (Terri), Jennifer (Jary), and Laura (Connor). Treasured great-grandmother of Abby (Luke), Hunter (Kaylen), Noah (Jessica), Benjamin (Katy), Libby, Esther, Willow, Maddy, Caleb, Jaxon, Lexi, and Melody. Dear sister of Roy Mingay (Dorothy), and predeceased by Bill (Ruth), and Grace (Don). She will be sadly missed by her extended family and friends. Private Visitation will be held at the MW Becker Funeral Home, 490 The Queensway South, Keswick, on Tuesday, November 5, 2024 from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. followed by a Private Family Funeral Service in the Chapel at 12 noon. Interment to take place at Queensville Cemetery. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and support staff at Amica Little Lake for their kindness and compassion during mom’s stay.
