Passed away suddenly with her family by her side at Southlake Regional Health Centre on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 in her 77th year. Predeceased by her loving husband Bill Owen (2012). Beloved mother of Steve (Kim) of Belleville, Brenda (Vince) of Maple and Sandy (Patrick) of Sutton. Cherished Grandma of Michael (Jessica), Stephanie (Derek), Isabella, Amanda, Will (Allison) and Kevin and great-grandma of Porter and Paisley. Isobel will be missed by her extended family and many friends. Cremation has taken place. A private family celebration will take place at a later date.
