Peacefully at Fenelon Court Nursing Home in Fenelon Falls on Friday April 19, 2024, at the age of 78 years. Beloved husband of Carolyn Mead (Shaw) and the late Sandra Mead (Ogle, 1991). Loving father of Douglas Mead jr. of Keswick, Stephanie (Lucas Lowell) of Fenelon Falls, Chantel (Patrick Soulliere) of Aurora and the late David Mead (1992). Cherished grandfather of Michelle, David Mead, Isabella, Cohen Lowell, Aidyn, Bryce Soulliere, and great-grandfather of Mikayla and Kain. Predeceased by his brothers and sisters, and is survived by many nieces, nephews and relatives. The family will receive friends at the MW Becker Funeral Home, 490 The Queensway South, Keswick, Ontario click here on Monday April 29, 2024, from 11 to 12 p.m., followed by a Memorial Service in the Chapel at 12 noon.
