Dorothy Alice Andrews

The Andrews family wish to announce the passing of Dorothy Alice Andrews, family matriarch, on April 10, 2016 in her 103rd year, at Cedarvale Lodge Longterm Nursing Care in Keswick, Ontario. Dorothy passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family and care workers. She is survived by her son Ronald Anthony Andrews (wife Beverley), granddaughter Laura Dianne Andrews (husband Mark), grandson Kevin John Andrews (partner Marie), great grandchildren Danielle, Megan, Ryan, and Travis, nieces Joyce Flavelle of Salmon Arm B.C., Joyce Gariepy of Edmonton Alberta, many great nieces and nephews throughout Canada and dear friends Joan Weaver, Joyce Myers, Ann Crowther, Barb Zemp, and Evelyn Stephens. Dorothy was predeceased by her parents Fred Albert James and Emily James and also by her sisters Minnie James, Edith James and Evelyn Barton. In accordance to her wishes, Dorothy will be cremated and a Memorial service will be announced at a later date.
