CROOK, David Gerrard It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of David Crook on Nov 1st, 2011 at Southlake Regional Hospital in Newmarket at the age of 50 years. Loving husband of the late Debbie Anne (May 2011), father to Charlene, Candace and Fluffy. Dave is loved by mother Lenora and the late John Crook, sister Lauren (Diego), nieces and nephews: Erin, Robbie and Lisa, Peter (Amy), Leah (Matt). His extended family includes mother-in-law Florence, brother-in-law Wayne (Valerie) and the late Ray Mayo. Dave will be sadly missed by his close, life-long friends and all the many other friends he made along the way. Deepest appreciation to the nurses and staff on the 6th floor Cancer Care Centre at Southlake, (many of whom cared for Debbie). Their loving care made these past few weeks comfortable for him, his family and visitors. Celebration of Life Service will be held at M.W. Becker Funeral Home, 490 The Queensway S., Keswick, 905-476-7711, on Friday Nov 4th, 2011 at 3:30 pm. Family will receive friends from 2:30 p.m. until time of service. Reception to follow.
