Alyssa Amy Cook

Passed away peacefully with her parents by her side on Saturday, March 15, 2014 at the age of 30 days. Cherished daughter of Brad & Tammy Cook and baby sister of Chelsea. Granddaughter of Lue & Linda Magliocca and Steve & Debbie Cook and great granddaughter of Audrey Sanderson, Bob & Beverly Cook and Dave & Arlene Carter. Dear niece of Rich (Karin), Jamie (Stephanie), Angela, Stacey (Nate) and Scott (Alex). Alyssa will be missed by her cousins, family and family friends. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Visitation will take place on Friday, April 11, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to Sick Kids Hospital – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, would be appreciated by the family.
