Maria Hasse

Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on August 19, 2010 at Cedarvale Lodge, Keswick in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late Rudi Hasse of Tweed. Loving mother of Arvid (Sue) Hasse of Vancouver, Helga (Ted Rankine) of Keswick and Herb (Sandra) Hasse of Tweed. Cherished grandmother of Jeff, Lisa, Stephanie, Laura and great-grandmother of Keygan and Asher. Dear sister of Leo Jaeger of Germany. Maria will be missed by her friends and family. The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at Cedarvale Lodge for their kind and compassionate care. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. A celebration of Maria's life will be held on September 8th, 2010 at her cottage in Tweed. If desired, donations to a charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
