Peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Centre on Sunday, June 22, 2014 in his 85th year. Predeceased by his wife Marie (2011). Loving father of George (Cheryl) of Keswick, Ronald (Madeline) of Ravenshoe, Joan (Gary Spencer), Steven(Wendy) and Kimberly all of Keswick. Father-in-law of Butch Ashley. Predeceased by one daughter Susan. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Chris, Nicole, Wryelee, Andrew, Susanne, Elizabeth, Sara, Amanda, Terry, Pam, Peter, Daniel, Teresa, Zachery, Janessa, Navada, Nicole, Sabrina, Jadine, Patricia, Laureanne, Danny and Debbie and great-grandchildren Brittney, Scott, Samantha ,Nathaniel, Jacob, Jessica, Justin, Kayla, Joshua, Olivia, Deseree, Mya-Ann, Shaylin, Alex, A.J, Ashley, Lucas, Emma, William, Brandon and Savannah. Dear brother of Noreen Sedore, Marie (Don) Spence and Bernice Clevely. Brother-in-law of Gord Sedore, Ruth Clodd, Murray Cleveley, Betty Vokes and Freeman (Peggy) King. Doug will be greatly missed by his many family and friends. Predeceased by his brothers Norman and Morris Clodd and sister Evelyn (Morris) Huntley. Visitation from M.W. Becker Funeral Home, 490 The Queensway S., Keswick on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service from the Chapel on Friday, June 27, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Queensville Cemetery. If desired, donations made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
